The main living area is spacious and airy with an open-plan kitchen and large island. Off the living room is a sunroom perfect for reading and relaxing whilst taking in the views. Two bedrooms are at ground level - one with a connecting en-suite toilet and king bed and the other with twin beds. The main bathroom is also on ground level. Upstairs is the third bedroom with a king bed.
The kitchen is well stocked with all you will need to prepare your meals in terms of pots/pans and utensils. In terms of appliances, we provide a coffee machine, food processor, blender, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is a washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board.
We have a high chair for our younger guests and bed rails for children. A travel cot can by found in the upstairs bedroom and buckets and spades can be found in the sunroom.
Outside there are two terraces - one at the front for enjoying the sea views and one to the side with a dining table and BBQ.
Take in stunning views of the Cornish coast from the terrace of this stylish and newly-renovated property. The former home of author Jean Plaidy is situated on a peaceful private road with parking for two cars. The property is a 5 minute walk to the peaceful Plaidy beach and a very pleasant 15 to 20 minute coastal walk into Looe, the bustling seaside town (and filming location of the television series 'Beyond Paradise'). As parking in the town is very sparse (especially over the summer months) being within walking distance but away from the hustle and bustle makes this property a firm favourite with visitors to the area.
